Just want to take a moment to let anyone who is considering Campbell insurance know that this company’s customer service is outstanding. I was looking to insure my truck and trailer and talked with a number of companies. I was not completely satisfied with the communication and the length of time it took to get the information I needed. I asked a friend for a referral and I was given the number to call Kortneigh at Campbell insurance. I was pleased with the customer service I received during the first phone call. All of the staff are very caring and it’s evident they love what they do and have their client’s best interest at heart. Both Kortneigh and Sierra are always quick to respond to any and all of my requests. Whether it’s adding a driver or a quote for a vehicle I plan to purchase, I’m provided with what I need without worry to keep my company running smoothly.

Where do i start? I recently started an auto transport business. Kortneigh went above and beyond walking me though every question that I had (and I had a lot), as well as informing me on many things I had no idea bout. I've talked to a lot of different company's before making the choice to go with Campbell. No one seemed as knowledgeable or as polite as Kortneigh she made me feel welcome like family unlike other company's that made me feel like i was just another customer. I've recommended 2/3 people to contact her about their insurance policy. Unfortunately i haven't had the pleasure of working with anyone else in the office but if there half as nice an knowledgeable as Kortneigh I'm sure their great!!!! thanks for all you do it's truly appreciated .

I wanted you to know how much I appreciate the professionalism that David Dorris displayed in steering me to a new auto and home insurance plan. Actually I picked your agency off the internet; I wanted to deal with a local agent and Campbell Insurance seemed to fit the bill.

David answered the phone that day and was very knowledgeable in helping me find something affordable, as well as better coverage than I had previously.
