Commercial Insurance Sales Producer

Licensed Commercial Insurance Sales Producer Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years sales experience
Property and Casualty Insurance License 
Must obtain all licenses required by the State DOI and pass criminal background check
Interest in marketing insurance products and services based on client needs
Have effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communications
Must be a self starter, and able to influence others
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening

License Commercial Insurance Sales Producer Responsibilities:

Achieve objectives established in annual producer sales plan
Prospect for new business from existing clients and identified target groups.
Survey prospects to determine insurance needs, inspecting current insurance policies
Collect detailed risk and underwriting information and loss history
Deliver formal proposals 
Work with service person and marketer to complete company submissions and selection of potential markets
Conduct client and prospect appointments 
Maintain production reports and attend all sales meetings as required
Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by agency management.
